We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Flow Ony LLC issues refunds.
1. General terms
We offer refunds within 7 days for eligible purchases. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
2. Digital products
Digital products already downloaded may not qualify for refunds unless the file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description. If you experience a technical issue, please contact support before requesting a refund — we will usually resolve the problem within one business day.
3. Physical / custom print products
Custom-printed products are made to order. Because they are personalized, refunds are limited to defects in manufacturing, damage in transit, or shipment of an item that does not match the order. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
4. Non-refundable items
Bundles, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are non-refundable after the renewal date.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@flowony.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe an unauthorized charge appears on your statement, please contact us first. We can usually resolve disputes faster than your bank.
